The job
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for the customer, process orders, actively follow up on complaints and collaborate with the sales organization to fulfill the customer’s need. Of course you will be part of a customer service team. You will be part of a customer service team with 20 customer co-workers for divers countries.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • You take care of the daily incoming orders and calls and register all these contact moments in the CRM system;
  • You act on customer complaints and follow up actively and accurate with a problem solving mindset and connect with the customer on a resolution;
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers for product and sales information; liaise with various internal departments on stock and financial issues;
  • Actively call customers on overdue invoices and work on a solution to collect the overdues;
  • You will participate or lead improvement activities which will impact the customer and drive efficiency.

Our ideal candidate:

  • MBO/HBO level (obtained through education or work experience);
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role (preferably B2B experience);
  • Native speaker in one of these languages Spanish, French, Italian, English, German, Polish or Czech;
  • Living in the area of Venlo - Nijmegen - Helmond;
  • Strong problem solving and anticipation skills;
  • Well-organized and good at prioritizing tasks;
  • Excellent MS Office, Excel and Outlook skills and experience with ERP.
